Nebraska law does not allow requests for Early/Absentee Ballots earlier than 120 days prior to any election.
We currently cannot accept requests for Early/Absentee ballots for any upcoming election. The first day we may receive a request for the November 4, 2008 General Election will be July 6, 2008.
