Notice is hereby given that the CITY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS will hold a public
hearing on Friday, January 31, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers
on the 1st Floor of the County-City Building, 555 So. 10th Street, on the 
following items.  Please note that members of the Board will tour the sites

PUBLIC HEARING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION

Appeal No. 2349 by Dennis Klawonn for a variance to reduce the front 
yard setback for a sign on property generally located at 1640 A Street.
Appeal No. 2350 by Lee Todd for variances to the front yard setback and 
interpretations of carport and front yard on property generally located at 
4500 S 49th Street.

in a training workshop on Friday, January 31, 2003, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, in 
the Mayor's Conference Room on the Second Floor of the County-City Building, 555
