Notice is hereby given that the CITY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS will hold a
public hearing on Friday, December 16, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in the 
City Council Chambers on the 1st Floor of the County-City Building, 
555 S. 10th Street, on the following items.  For more information, please 
contact the Planning Department at 441-7491.



Notice is hereby given that a tour of the site may be conducted by 
the CITY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.  If the tour is conducted, it will be 
at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2005 convening on the west 
side of the County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street.  Any Board of Zoning Appeals 
member wishing a tour is requested to contact the Planning Department by 
December 14, 2005.  For more information, or to find out if the tour will be
