City of Lincoln Planning Metropolitan Planning Organization Officials Committee Agenda

A Officials Committee meeting is scheduled as follows:

DATE: June 12, 2008
TIME: 1:30 p.m.
PLACE: Mayors Conference Room, County/City Building

1. Review and action on the draft minutes of the April 24, 2008 Officials Committee meeting.
2. Election of commitee officers. According to the Bylaws, Committee officers consist of a Chairman and Vice-Chairman that are elected annually from the members of the committee.
3. Review and action on Amendments to the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan. The Lincoln City Council and Lancaster County Commissioners amendments are forwarded to the Officials Committee for inclusion in the Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
4. Review and action on a recommendation regarding 2008 Certification that the Transportation Planning Process for the Lincoln Metropolitan Area complies with applicable federal laws and regulations.
5. Review and action on Amendments to the current FY 2008-2013 Transportation Improvement Program to include FTA Job Access & Reverse Commute Program - 1) StarTran Bus Route Subsidy and 2) Program Administration as "priority projects" in FY 2008 element of the current program.
6. Review and action on the draft Lincoln City/Lancaster County FY 2009-2014 Transportation Improvement Program.
7. Other topics for discussion.
