A Technical Committee meeting is scheduled as follows:

• Roll Call and Acknowledge the "Nebraska Open Meeting Act"

1. Review and action on the draft minutes of the January 15, 2008 Technical Committee meeting
2. Review and action on the Project Selection Task Force recommendations to the MPO Technical Advisory Committe on the project funding recommendations for the Job Access & Reverse Commute (JARC) and the New Freedom Program Initiatives.
3. Review and action on the Lincoln-Lancaster FY 2008-09 Unitfied Planning Work Program for Transprotation Planning within the Lincoln Metropolitan Area.
4. Review and action on an amendment to the current FY 2008-13 Transportation Improvement Program to identify the Boosalis Trail Renovation as a "priority project" for FY 2008 in the current program.
5. Review and action, as needed, on the proposed I-80 noise walls in Lincoln. These are located on the south side of I-80, to the east of the Lincoln Airport Interchange. The walls are subject to modifications, but the attached file is a general idea on the location and length of the walls.
