Navigating - The active navigation tool is displayed in the lower right-hand corner. To change the active tool, click the desired tool underneath the map.
Active Tool 
Search - The following icons are used to search by address, owner or parcel id. Click on the appropriate icon and a form will open in this window to enter the search criteria.
Search by Parcel ID
- click on this icon to search by parcel id.
Search by Address
- click on this icon to search by address. Note: when entering the address,
you will only need to put in the "House Number", then the "Street
Name" without typing "ST" or "ND" or "RD"
or "TH" after numbered streets. Also, the street extension such
as: Avenue, Street, Circle....ect. is omited.
For example: 555 S. 10th Street, you will only need to put in the "House Number" = 555 and then "Street Name" = 10 and then hit "Submit". You should have a link below "Parcel ID" to click on to view the information.
Search by Owner
- click on this icon to search by owner. You should have a link below "Parcel
ID" to click on to view the information.
Zoom In - click
and hold the left mouse button on the upper-left corner of the desired area.
Drag the mouse to the lower right corner. When the mouse button is released,
the map will display the area enclosed by the red box.
Zoom Out
- same as Zoom In.
Pan - click and hold the left mouse button on the map and drag the map in
the desired direction. When the mouse is released, a new map will be displayed.
Pan
- click and hold the left mouse button on the map and drag the map in the
desired direction. When the mouse is released, a new map will be displayed.
Identify - click
the left mouse button on a parcel. The results of the search will be displayed
in the box below.
Immediate Actions - The following tools do not change the active tool, but rather initiate an immediate action.
Zoom To Full Extent
- Zoom to the extent of the entire county.
Zoom To Last Extent
- Zoom to the previous extent.
Toggle Overview
- Click to turn the overview map (located in the upper left-hand corner of
the map) on/off.
Clear Selected Features
- Clears selected features from the map.
Show Layer List
- Displays the list of layers in the frame below.
Print - Click
to display a print form in this frame.
Help - Displays
help page in the top right corner.
