Introduction to
Unit Price Contracts

The City/County Purchasing Division has established "unit price" bids from our local building, maintenance and construction trades to perform small emergency and routine maintenance and repair for our facilities and equipment. This series of contracts will establish hourly labor rates, overhead and profit percentages utilizing a fair and competitive bid process. City/County Department/Division/Agency may utilize the established unit price contract for maintenance, repair and small remodeling projects under $25,000.00.
