• Cleaning to remove plaque and tartar
• Topical fluoride application

Clinic Screening & Referral Services

• Free bitewing X-ray & dental examination for low income residents
• Referrals for dental treatment

Eligibility for Clinic Services

The main emphasis of the Dental Clinic is dental health education and treatment of children living in Lancaster County, including the City of Lincoln. The program is intended for children ages 3 through 18 who otherwise would be unable to receive dental care because of limited family income.

Income Guidelines

Income guidelines are used to determine eligibility and level of payment for Dental Clinic services. These guidelines are based on the number of people in the family and the family's net income. Special consideration is given to those situations where unusual hardships occur. Families with ADC coverage may be eligible, also. Payment is based on a sliding fee scale ranging from 0 - 100%.
