Purpose:

Protecting individuals/families from vaccine preventable influenza illness.

Hours:

8 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday

Eligibility:

• Low income uninsured individuals only
• Persons eligible for Nebraska Vaccine for Children Program

Note:

Person who are covered by insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, other third-party payers, or who do not fall below 185 percent of U.S. poverty guidelines, do not qualify for flu vaccines at the health Department

Cost:
