6. How to access resources for mental health and substance abuse services;
7. Providers who participate in Medicaid Managed Care;
8. Services and resources provided by your health plan;
9. Accessing care with your primary care physician;
10. Enrollment process; and
11. Special issues: filing a grievance or appeal, coverage for unborn children (Medicaid Assistance for Children Mom Program), pharmacy lock-in clients, etc.
