Looking For Summer Sports Physicals And Physician Check Ups?

This clinic promotes infant and child health through check-ups at regularly scheduled times. A team of doctors or physician assistants and public health nurses works with parents to provide wellness care.

Well Child provides health assessments:

• Physical examination by a licensed physician
• Growth and development check
• Height and weight measurement
• Laboratory testing as needed
• Immunizations as needed
• Health education, consultation and referral
• Nursing conference - ask questions and learn about your children’s specific health needs

Who is eligible?

• Children of Lancaster County Residents who meet income guidelines
• Children 2 months to 5 years
• School children needing required camp, school or sport physicals

Cost?

• There is no fee to families who qualify for services.
