Victor E. Anderson

Victor E. Anderson
1902-1962

Born in Havelock in 1902, Lincoln native Victor E. Anderson served the community as a state senator, mayor of Lincoln, and as governor of Nebraska from 1955 to 1959. A businessman and investor, he was instrumental in several major projects in Lincoln, including the building of the Harris Overpass and Pershing Auditorium.
