Mayor Seng went up in a lift to visit Pastor Tim McGee who lived in front of a billboard on West "O" Street for seven days. McGee, the Children’s Pastor at Christ’s Place, was part of the nationwide "Up in the Air for Kids" campaign to raise money for various children’s charities.
