Mayor Seng presented honorary citizen certificates April 11 to students from Samara, Russia who have been in Lincoln as part of a project with Lincoln High School.

Mayor Seng helped cut the ribbon April 13 to celebrate the expansion project at the Cooper YMCA, 6767 South 14th Street. The facility invites the public to its free Healthy Kids Day Fair from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 22. For more information, see www.ymcalincoln.org.
