Mayor Seng accepted a Lifetime Achivement Award from the Homeless Coaltion November 15. Presenting the award is Merry Wills of CEDARS, who is chair of the Coalition.

Mayor Seng issued a proclamation for Homeless and Hunger Awareness Month.
