	Beutler Appoints New Director of Public Works and Utilities November 8, 2007 Mayor Beutler named Greg MacLean Director of the City Public Works and Utilities Department November 8.


	Lincoln Named Nation's Top Digital City November 8, 2007 Mayor Chris Beutler announced that the City of Lincoln was named the top "digital city" in the nation by the Center for Digital Government. Lincoln ranked first among cities with populations from 125,000 to 249,000 and has been ranked in the top ten six of the last seven years. Beutler made the announcement at the Nebraska Digital Government Summit in Lincoln on Thursday, November 8.
