At a February 12th news conference, Mayor Beutler introduced Alan Tomkins from the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center, which will work with the City on a survey of Lincoln residents.

Mayor Beutler was the speaker at the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce "Face the Chamber" lunch February 13 at the Country Club of Lincoln.

February 14, 2007
The Mayor's news conference February 14th at the Ager Indoor Play Center drew the attention of five-year-old Tess Davis. At the Mayor's invitation, she told the crowd how much she likes the Center, which was one of the first recipients of funds from the Lincoln Cares program. Others speaking at the news conference were Ann Shrewsbury from Time Warner Cable, Russ Reno from LES and Lynn Johnson, Director of the City Parks and Recreation Department.
