City officials say "O" Street between 9th and 10th streets will remain closed through at least tomorrow evening. The street was closed Sunday morning because of the major fire on that block. Both 9th and 10th streets remain open, but motorists are asked to avoid the area, especially during morning and afternoon rush hours, to reduce traffic delays.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue crews were at the scene mid-afternoon today to extinguish hot spots, and officials have concerns about the stability of the building.
