The north westbound lane of Old Cheney Road has been closed from 53rd Street to Queens St. due to the collapse of a retaining wall near the Lincoln Racquet Club. Motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible, and to expect delays along the two block segment of Old Cheney.
The Old Cheney bike trail just north of Old Cheney Road has also been closed as a precautionary measure. It is unknown how long the roadway lane and bike trail will remain closed.
