Mayor Chris Beutler today announced the winners of the annual water conservation poster contest. "Over the years, this poster contest has helped remind the public that we all have a role to play in water conservation," said Mayor Beutler. "Our Water Conservation Task Force has helped establish and nurture good water conservation practices for our young citizens and together they help promote the value of our natural resources for future generations."
