Library Offers Free Training on E-Books

Lincoln City Libraries is offering free training to those interested in using the library's downloadable e-books on a mobile device. The one-hour class includes an overview of using library e-books on computer tablets or smart phones and time for questions. Participants are encouraged to bring their devices with them. Information on compatible devices is available at www.overdrive.com/Resources/DRC/Default.aspx.

"E-Books Made Easy - for Mobile Devices" is offered at 6:30 p.m. on the following dates:

• Monday, November 5, Walt Branch Library, 6701 S. 14th St.
• Wednesday, November 7, Eiseley Branch Library, 1501 Superior St.
• Wednesday, November 14, Gere Branch Library, 2400 S. 56th St.
