Organizationally the Mayor named Mr. Johnston and Mr. Paquette as co-chairs. The co-chairs established a Steering Committee to assist in organizing the first event. The Steering Committee members may change as the Council develops a technology strategy and needs specific expertise. The co-chairs will call on at large members for that expertise.
The Council is assisted by a resource team from the City of Lincoln, Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, and the Downtown Lincoln Association.
