The following fees for the use of the facilities at the Lincoln Municipal Golf Course and for the convenience in connection therewith are hereby fixed and established as follows:

*Surcharge Fees
Both surcharges will be added to each daily green fee, including all membership daily fees.
Fuel Surcharge
If the average price of regular unleaded fuel goes to $4.00 or higher, $.50 will be added to each green fee. The surcharge will be adjusted after the price has consistently remained below $4.00 for one week.

Clubhouse Surcharge
A surcharge of $.50 will be added to all 9 hole green fees and $1.00 for all 18 hold green fees for the term of the Holmes Clubhouse bond.
