We begin reservations every Wednesday morning at 9am for the following Thursday-Wednesday.

Programs for Youth
Mid Level - High School students.
Time: 4:30-9pm | Fee: Free
Beginning Taekwondo: Ages 5-12
Focuses on self-defense through stretching, accuracy, and cardiovascular training. Provides a sense of honor, integrity and respect for elders/superiors, perseverance and self control. Parents are welcome to sign up and take the class with their child. Taught by Michael Melhorn. (Class will not meet on April 20.)

Basketball Clinic: Grades 4-9
Participants will be taught basic basketball skills and techniques. This class will focus on offensive and defensive strategies. Sportsmanship will be stressed.

Learn basic ballet steps, balance and coordination. Ballet slippers are recommended.

Gear-tech 21 LEGO® Robotics
Build and program simple robots using a LEGO® MINDSTORMS NXT kit. Participants will learn how to use a Handheld GPS receiver, to plot a course, follow a trail and find hidden objects. This program will continue throughout the year.

Programs for Adults
Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that has proven health benefits. This class has been modified for adults who have problems with mobility or balance. Participants are taught simple movements that are performed slowly.

Introduction to Weight Training
Participants will be instructed on each of our machines and the free weights during this one hour class. Evan will help each individual create a personal workout plan. You may sign up for more than one class if desired.

Senior Pitch Tournament
Thirteen point pitch will be played. Call the center to register in advance.

Call the center to register at least two days in advance of each meal. We provide the main dish; participants can bring a covered dish to share or pay $6.

Walk with Ease
