Youth Sports Coaches

Volunteer coaches are vital to the success of our youth sports programs. Coaching a youth team usually requires only an eight-week commitment. Practices normally begin two weeks prior to the start of games and then a six-week season. Coaching opportunities are available for:

NFL Flag Football

The six-week season begins in early September for youth ages 5 to 11 years old. Games are played on week night evenings. Practices are scheduled by the coach.

Girls Basketball

The six-week season begins in late September for girls grades 1 to 8. Games are played on Saturday mornings. The team sports staff work with coaches to arrange a convenient practice time and location.

Boys Basketball

The six-week season begins in early December for boys grades 1 to 8. Games are played on Saturday mornings. The team sports staff work with coaches to arrange a convenient practice time and location.
