Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
April 20, 2006.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

Agenda April 20, 2006
1. Approve meeting notes for March 16, 2006. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. DISCUSSION AND ACTION 3. Nomination to the National Register of the Chancellor Burnett House, 3256 Holdrege Street. 4. Application by Aileen Eliker for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 1204 A Street in the Everett Landmark District. 5. Application by Jim and Colleen Burden for an amendment to a special permit for historic preservation at Westview, the former Lancaster County Poor Farm, a designated landmark at 7000 NW 27th. 6. Application by “Scooters” coffee house for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the former Salvation Army buildings, 737 P Street, in the Haymarket Landmark District. DISCUSSION 7. Miscellaneous: Preliminary discussion of landmark designation of 3249 Holdrege St. (Letter enclosed); etc.
