City of Lincoln Planning Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
April 21, 2005.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, New County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

1.  Approve meeting notes for February 17, 2005.

2.  Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the 
     Commission.

3.  Recommendation on application to Historic Preservation Fund for FY2005-6.

4.  Recommendation on a nomination to the National Register of Historic Places of the Masonic 
     Temple, 1635 L Street.

5.  Application by Russ Bayer for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Huber/Port Huron 
     Building, 801 Q Street in the Haymarket Landmark District.

6.  Application by B & J Partnership for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Lau Building, 
     247 North 8th Street, in the Haymarket Landmark District.

7.  Application by B & J Partnership for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the former Salvation 
     Army Buildings, 737 P Street in the Haymarket Landmark District

8.  Application by Fernando Pages for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the former Zimmer 
     Grocery Store, a designated landmark  at 1941 K Street.
