City of Lincoln Planning Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
August 16, 2007.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, New County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

1.  Approve meeting notes for July 19, 2007.

2.  Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the 
     Commission.

PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION

3.  Application by Bryan Mitcheltree for a certificate of appropriateness for work at 1915 "B" Street in the 
     Mt. Emerald Landmark District.

4.  Application by Brownbaggers for a certificate of appropriateness for work at 151 N. 8th Street in   
     the Haymarket Landmark District.

DISCUSSION

5.  Conceptual discussion of redevelopment uses and signs for Old Federal Building (Monte Froelich).

6.  Miscellaneous:  Staff report, etc.
