The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2006. DISCUSSION AND ACTION 3. Application by Coaches Corner in the Haymarket Parking Garage for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 840 Q Street. 4. Application by The Clark Enersen Partners for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at “Arturo’s,” 803 Q Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 5. Review of proposed modifications to Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church at 540 D Street, a contributing property in the South Bottoms Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 6. Application by Lincoln Depot Ltd. for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 201 N. 7th Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 7. Application by Jim and Colleen Burden for an amendment to a special permit for historic preservation at Westview, the former Lancaster County Poor Farm, a designated landmark at 7000 NW 27th Street. 8.
