The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, October 19, 2006. DISCUSSION AND ACTION 3. Application by Barbara Burr for a certificate of appropriateness for work at 1649 S. 25th Street in the Franklin Heights Landmark District. 4. Application by Jim and Colleen Burden for a certificate of appropriateness for work at Westview, the former Lancaster County Poor Farm, a designated landmark at 700o NW. 27th Street. 5. Application by Speedway Properties for a certificate of appropriateness for awork at the H.P. Lau Building in the Haymarket District, 247 N. 8th Street. 6. Application by Speedway Properties for a certificate of appropriateness for work at the former Salvation Army Building in the Haymarket Landmark District, 151 N. 8th Street. 7.
