Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
December 15, 2005.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 106, 1st floor, County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

Agenda of December 15, 2005
1. Approve meeting notes for November 17, 2005. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION 3. Application by Blue Orchid Restaurant for a certificate of appropriateness for work at Federal Place (also known as Old Federal Building), a designated landmark at 100 North 10th Street. 4. Application by Haydon Gallery for a certificate of appropriateness for work at the Hardy Building, 335 N. 8th St., in the Haymarket Landmark District. OTHER 5. Update on design concepts for Harris Overpass replacement (Sinclair Hille Architects, Schemmer Associates). 6. Miscellaneous/staff report: Invitation to open house at Zimmer Grocery Store/Brighton Construction office, 1941 K St., etc.
