NOTICE: The Lincoln City/Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. in the City-Council Chambers, County-City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln Nebraska, on the following items. For more information, call the Planning Department, 441-7491.
The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will also meet on Wednesday, November 7, 2007, 1:45 p.m. - 2:45 p.m., or immediately following the regular meeting, in the City Council Hearing Room, County/City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska, for a briefing by staff on Deadmans Run Watershed Master Plan.
The Lincoln-Lancaster County Planning Commission will also attend an audio/web conference on Wednesday, November 7, 2007, from 3:00- 4:00 p.m., in Room 113 of the County-City Building, sponsored by the American Planning Association entitled, "Staying Out of Court by Avoiding Pitfalls".
**PLEASE NOTE: The Planning Commission action is final action on any item with a notation of "FINAL ACTION". Any aggrieved person may appeal Final Action of the Planning Commission to the City Council by filing a Notice of Appeal with the City Clerk within 14 days following the action of the Planning Commission. **

Street and Alley Vacation No. 04013, to vacate all of the east-west alley in Block 65, Original Lincoln, bounded by 13th, 14th, "M" and "N" Streets, generally located at S. 13th Street & "M" Street.
