The Final Edition of the 2006/07 - 2011/12 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is used by the City Council to review capital projects for the next six years. Year 1 of the CIP becomes the Capital Budget for fiscal year 2006/07 which began September 1st of 2006 and ends August 31st of 2007. A public hearing was held August 7th of 2006 to review the City’s budget, adopted by the City Council August 21, 2006.
