2007-13 Capital Improvement Program Final Edition

The Final Edition of the 2007/08 - 2012/13 Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
is used by the City Council to review capital projects for the next six years.
Year 1 of the CIP becomes the Capital Budget for fiscal year 2007/08 which began
September 1st of 2007 and ends August 31st of 2008. A public hearing was held August
6th of 2007 to review the City's budget, adopted by the City Council August 20, 2007.
