2008/09 - 2013/14 Capital Improvement Program City Council Review Edition

The City Council Review Edition of the 2008/09 - 2013/14 Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
is used by the City Council in their discussion of the FY2008/09 budget. This CIP has
already been found to be in conformance with the Lincoln City/ Lancaster County 2030
Comprehensive Plan by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission. The first year
of the CIP becomes the Capital Budget for fiscal year 2008/09 which begins September 1, 2008.
The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the City Budget, including the Capital Budget on
Monday, August 11 immediately following the regular agenda which begins at 2:30 p.m.
