Situated just above Antelope Creek, this Tudor Revival building was designed to accommodate a mix of commercial and residential uses and it still does today. The original grocery store name is enshrined in stained glass over the main south entrance, and "LeRoy Apartments" is similarly inscribed about the west apartment doorway.
