Christian Records was and is (2007) a Braille publishing house associated with the
Seventh Day Adventist Church. The enterprise located in the town of College View,
Nebraska in 1904 for proximity to the church's Union College. Six years after
College View became part of Lincoln by annexation in 1930, the publishing house
moved into new quarters, with an Art Deco style, limestone facade designed and
built by Felix Lorenz. Christian Record occupied the building until 1965.
