Jesse Boaz Miller and Fritz Craig were the most prolific architects of Greek chapter houses at UNL. The "Tri-Delt" House at the prominent southeast corner of 16th and R Streets exemplifies their fine work in the Tudor Revival style. The wrought-iron fence surrounding the property was donated to the sorority by General John J. Pershing, whose sister Mae had been a member.
