Delta Gamma and Kappa Delta sororities flank University Terrace on the north side of R Street between 16th and 17th Streets, defining a lovely open space between the two brick Tudor Revival residences. Together with Alpha Xi Delta and Delta Delta Delta on the south side of R Street, these four sororities designed by Miller & Craig form a strong southeast corner of the Greek Row District.
