SRT Committee Submits Findings to Mayor Seng

The Streets, Roads, and Trails Committee (SRT) submitted their findings to Mayor Seng following the completion of a series of "Community Solution Forums." The "Community Solutions Report" offers the Mayor and City Council a number of possible options for helping meet the community's transportation system funding challenge. The Mayor and Council will be reviewing the Report as part of the upcoming budget discussions. Along with the Report, a summary of the results of the voting exercise held at the Community Solutions Forums was also provided to the Mayor.

Interim SRT Committee Report Released

The Mayor's Advisory Committee on Streets, Roads and Trails (SRT) released their interim findings on April 29, 2004during a morning meeting with Mayor Seng. The Interim Report presents the SRT Committee's initial findings reading funding options. The options are intended to aid the elected officials looking at ways to raise the funds necessary to improve Lincoln's street system.
