1. Review and action on the draft minutes of the September 16, 2010 Officials Committee meetings.
2. Review and action to amend the FY 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program to add projects and convert AC projects for federal funding.
3. Review and action on an amendment to the Lincoln-Lancaster FY 2010-2011 Unified Planning Work Program for Transportation Planning activities.
4. Review of the final Public Participation Plan for the Lincoln Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO).
