Welcome to the City of Lincoln's website for developers interested in partnering with us on our West Haymarket Development Project. This website is intended to provide you with information you can use to prepare a responsive and thoughtful proposal for this endeavor.

This site is organized to allow you to review reports, studies, and maps leading up to the Project, as well as view images of the site as it presently exists. There is even an interactive map site you can use to examine GIS databases about the area.

Of special note is the "IFRP Questions and Answer" link. We know over the course of the next several months we will be receiving numerous questions from prospective applicants. To be fair to everyone involved and to keep everyone up-to-date, we intend to use this link to post answers to the most common questions we receive from the development community.
