The Lincoln Police Department responded to 2330 N. 44th after receiving a call at 12:10 p.m. on a body that was found by a dumpster. Officers discovered 19 year old Andrew W. Lubben, deceased from what appears to be multiple stab wounds. The investigation led us to apartment #9 at that location where they contacted Shane M. Tilley, age 18. Tilley was taken into custody and has been arrested for first degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony. Tilley was treated at a local hospital for injuries he received prior to officers arrival at his apartment. Further details on this incident are unavailable at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
