Peter M. Sinica Jr., age 31, was arrested this morning by the Lincoln Police Department for Felony Child Abuse resulting in Death. The police department responded to a medical call after Peter Sinica Jr., took his 11 week old daughter to the Fire Station in Air Park after she became unresponsive and quit breathing at about 1:30 A.M. Thursday morning, July 27th, 2006 at his home at 4907 W. Kent. Tori L. Stone was transported to Bryan/LGH West and was then taken to Childrens Hospital in Omaha due to the extent of her injuries. Tori Stone died on Thursday evening as a result of her injuries.
