Lincoln Police Investigate Shooting
At 9:13pm on September 28, 2009, Lincoln Police were sent to 244 E Street on a possible shooting. The 29 year old resident, Jason D. Stroemer, was found deceased inside the home. At this point, investigators are piecing together the events that immediately preceded his death. The investigation is on-going and there have been no arrests. Investigators are not going to comment on the manner of death until the autopsy is complete and they have had a chance to review the entire investigation. Jason Stroemer's autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow morning, September 30, 2009. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
