Michael S. Miller Arrested for Sexual Assault
In February 2012, information was obtained by the Lincoln Police Department that Michael S. Miller, a fifty-seven year old Lincoln man, had sexual contact with a minor in the mid-late 1980s. The statute of limitations had expired on the case; however, during the subsequent investigation, another victim was identified. That second victim was under the age of sixteen when sexual contact occurred at Michael Miller's residence. The violations occurred from 1991-1993.
On June 8, 2012, Michael S. Miller was lodged at the Lancaster County Jail for 1st degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
During the sexual assault investigation, these two men stated that they knew of other possible victims - adolescent males that Michael Miller befriended and invited to his residence.
