Department Services

Northeast High School, located in the Northeast Team area, is provided police services by the Northeast Team School Resource Officer (SRO). The SRO is a specialized position within the Lincoln Police Department, which assigns officers to a school, or series of schools as their beat area. This specialized assignment allows the SRO an opportunity to develop relationships with students and staff, and provides time for the SRO to focus on individual school needs.


Officer Hill Lincoln Northeast High School

Officer Nate Hill joined the police department in May of 2000. Officer Hill is an experienced SRO having served as a Middle School Resource Officer in the Northwest Team area. He brings a positive outlook and approachable demeanor. He develops an excellent rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds which is an asset as a police officer and within the school system.
