Q: What are the office hours?
A: We are open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Q: What is the monthly parking availability at the garages?

Q: What are the rates for each garage?

Q: Do you have any student discount parking? If so, how does it work?
A: The City of Lincoln Parking Services offers a discounted program for student parking. For more information, please visit the Student Parking Information page or call the Parking Office at 441-6472.
Q: How can I sign up for monthly eBilling statements?
A: Click on "E-pay Services" at the top of the main page. Go down the window to "Sign up for Monthly eBilling Statements".
Q: When is my payment due for monthly parking?
A: Payments are due on the 10th of every month. Late fees can be applied after this date.
Q: How do I pay my monthly parking bill online?
A: Click on "E-pay Services" at the top main page. Go down the window to "Pay Monthly Bill or Reload iPark Card". Click on the monthly card and follow directions.
Q: Can I park my vehicle overnight?
A: Customers may park their vehicles in our facilities overnight and current rates will apply. Monthly customers do not receive an additional charge for parking overnight.
Q: How do I cancel my parking account?
A: In order to cancel your parking account, we need something in writing that includes the effective date of cancellation and your contact information. We can accept a fax, email or letter with this information to cancel a policy, or you may stop into our office and fill out a cancellation form. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone.
Q: How do I find out how much money is on my iPark Card?
A: When you pull into a facility and scan your card, there is a display window that will show your balance. You may also log onto the iPark Card website to look up your balance. Otherwise, you are welcome to call or stop by the City of Lincoln Parking Office and we will look up the information.
Q: How do I put more money on my iPark Card?
A: Click on "City of Lincoln Public Parking" button on the main page. Click on "E-pay Services" at the top menu. Go down the window to "Pay Monthly Bill or Reload iPark Card". Click on the iPark Debit Card and follow directions.
Q: Can I pay my parking tickets online?
A: Yes, click on "City of Lincoln Public Parking" button on the main page. Click on "E-pay Services" at the top menu. You will find an area to pay parking tickets.
Q: What should I do if my car is towed?
A: If your car has been towed contact the Lincoln Police Department at (402) 441-6000. Please note that you will need to arrange your own transportation to the impound lot to retrieve your vehicle. Cash, credit card or debit card are accepted.
Q: Who gets the money from my parking ticket?
A: Parking ticket revenues cover the administrative costs that are associated with the ticket. Remaining funds go to Lincoln Public Schools.
Q: What is the Parking Enterprise Fund?
A: The office of Parking Services for the City of Lincoln, operates out of the Parking Revenue Fund. It operates much like a private business by covering expenses through user fees. These fees are used to pay for new technology, parking studies, maintenance, construction of new parking facilities and staffing.
