Please do not feed the pigeons!

Pigeons nesting in the rafters at Carriage Park have created a mess on cars and the pavement. Some patrons have been setting out bird feed, tempting more pigeons to stay in the garage.

Thank you for your cooperation.

New Faces of Republic Parking System

Mary Carstens

Mary Carstens is the new Republic Parking System Area Swing Manager. She has worked at two of Lincoln's most historic downtown buildings, The Gold's and Atrium. Mary also worked in sales and marketing for various Hilton and Marriott Hotels in Chicago, Denver and Lincoln.

She enjoys raising her two small children, ages five and seven, and staying active in their extra-curricular activities. Mary loves the spirit and energy of the downtown community.

Since starting with Republic, she has assisted with any projects. Mary helps with the Employee Committee, performing various meet and greet activities that come up.

We look forward to Mary's energetic and positive attitude in the office.

Jon Rouse

Republic Parking is pleased to welcome our newest Night Area Manager, Jon Rouse, originally from Lincoln. He is a Doane College graduate with a degree in Business Management. Jon has lived in Lincoln for the past four years after returning from an international six month trip in Poitiers, France. He has held positions in the insurance and property management industries.

Jon's free time is spent on occasional hunting and fishing trips. He loves to spend time with his wife and two year old daughter. We've noticed that Jon likes to leave his water bottles in various spots at the office! It's always fun to see where the water will end up next.
