Sidewalk Prepayments
Engineering Services has an account where developers have prepaid an estimated fee to have sidewalks built. These are areas which require walks, but rather than have the developer build walks that will be torn up with future CIP projects, the cost of building the walk is deposited in this account. Project Managers should review the 'Sidewalk Fee' map as they prepare projects design and costs. The money is transferred to the CIP project once the walks are complete.
